We've shuffled the schedules at the restaurant again. I'm not crazy about closing, but the advantage is on days I close I'm home until about 2 and can get things done with minimal distraction.
The Diva needed to pick something up for a class so I drove her to school. (The Prince loves hanging out with friends on the bus so he's up at 5:30 (on his own) to get chores done to catch out before 7.) I was home by 8 and by 10:30 I had cleaned, swept, and mopped the kitchen and main bathroom, started Chicken in a Pot in the slow cooker for DH and the twins' dinner, showered, and started washing bedding from when the Diva was sick over the weekend.
I'm almost done with the Wonder Woman wrap for her. She picked it out and used some of her Christmas money for the yarn. I'm hoping to have it ready to block by my day off Thursday. Yeah! I love this pattern. I'm tempted to make one for myself. The designer had also made two of the smaller size, grafted together at the tops, and used a blue border to make a baby blankie. Now I just need someone to announce they're having a girl. LOL
