Let me outta here!

I need to get out of this country...where the sand is on the beach where it belongs and there are no dust storms. We've actually only a day of high dust in the last few weeks but my nose hasn't noticed. No sooner have I finished a round of antibiotic than my nose goes haywire.

I've had to explain to my students that I'm not crying. When I cry both eyes run. Today only the right nostril and right eye are running...and how!

The Little Prince is sick too. He has a throat infection. Tonight we had a very easy time at the clinic. We actually sat in the doctor's office and waited for her while she was finishing her prayers. Usually we're standing (for a rather long time) in the hallway, waiting our turn. We got in and out very quickly tonight. Yeah!

So far the Diva is healthy but that could change in the next 5 minutes. The Boss has finished his exams so the rest of the school year is downhill from here.

I've realized for the umpteenth time yesterday that God has a sense of humor. Over the years I've done things I've always said I either wouldn't do or never thought I'd ever have the chance to do. There's that expression that if you want to make God laugh, just tell Him your plans. Well, I apparently have Him laughing uproariously. I hope He's enjoying it.
