Last Thursday the cats went to the vet for their surgery. I love cats, but we only want these two. According to the after care instructions, they're to avoid activity for the first several days and after that they should still avoid jumping. Someone really should have explained that to Muffin in feline. From the day we brought her home from the vet she was jumping up and down to the bathroom sink. She's been jumping into the cabinet where we keep the clean towels. This morning she was jumping on the dryer to watch me putting laundry in the washer, jumping on the sink to watch me get out the dirty laundry, on the dryer to watch me put it in the washer, back on the sink to watch me get it out of the hamper, then on my back for a closer look at what was in the hamper... You get the idea.
I let them out for a bit this morning. Pancake is a little lady. Muffin is a Little Prince. Into everything! Barely caught her before she stuck her head in the crockpot that I was preparing with Chicken in a Pot. The chicken was already in, sitting on the veggies, when I caught her. So they're back in the laundry room until the kids are home to chase, I mean, keep a close eye on them.
If this is what Muffin's like after surgery, what's she going to be like when she's recovered?!

That's cute! Like trying to keep children quiet after surgery. Almost impossible.
