Rummaging

That's what I'm supposed to be doing right now. My plan for today was to de-clutter my bedroom. I do NOT want to do it while at the same time I really want to dig in. It was bad enough before Baba arrived. Then I worked on organizing into piles. Piles that I knew needed to be filed, piles that I was sure needed to be tossed, and those that I needed Baba to sort through because it was mostly his stuff.

Well, the piles are still there and there's even more stuff. I feel like I'm channeling the spirit of George Carlin. What I really need is for the FlyLady to move in with me for a few days. I do use her resources but I just can't see how only spending 15 minutes a day in that room will help. So I'm going to spend an hour in there today. If I can make more time and I'm not feeling overwhelmed, then I'll spend more time. I'm charging my iPod or I'd use The God Whisperers as my egg timer. So today I'm just going to have to keep an eye on my watch.

Last night I did pick up my Luther book. That was as far as I got. I held it in my hand for a bit. Maybe tonight I'll find time to actually open it and, gasp, READ it!
