Best fast food in the world!
When the kids and I are hungry and want to pick up something for supper...forget McD's or BK. THIS is fast food at its finest.
The one shown is meat, but you can also get chicken. Prepared and shaved the same way.

You know--they have something like this in Mexico--not sure if it's the same, but it looks the same. They cut off the meat and wrap it in warm corn tortillas...mmmmm. :)
Yeah, you're right about the chicken, but it is a different kind of meat, you know. I think originally the meat was a mix of beef, lamb, and camel. Now it's pretty much beef, lamb, or both.
If you've ever had a Gyro, it's similar too. It would be neat to find out if the Mexican version came by way of Spain. If so, that could explain it...Mediterranean food.
