Beautiful!

Between our house and the kids' school there's a beautiful area where people love to walk. People drive there to walk...me included. It's right on the way home from their school so on days when I don't tutor I head straight there to get in my 30 minutes. (After my legs adjust to the inclines I'll increase to an hour at some point.) It's also close enough to drive there from my house to walk and be worth it. So it's good for after-tutoring walks as well.

The area is absolutely gorgeous! You look over to one side and you see terraced land which doesn't have much growing this time of year but I expect in a few months there will be. I realized that since it's so chilly today that I could have had my camera along in my jacket pocket. I'll try to do better next time.

However there was some scenery that I couldn't have taken a picture of. OK, I could have. I doubt anyone would have seen me. But I don't think the army would have been too happy. You see, right on my route, down the hill, is the commandos' school. Yep, today's scenery included buff young men doing their morning pt.
