Beautiful view

The night before last I slept in my bedroom. (I'd been sleeping in the Boss's room until then if it was a school night due to the fact that he actually has a bed in it.) I looked out my small window and there was the most beautiful full moon. It was so nice to look at. It kind of made up for the small, not so comfy mattress that I was "sleeping" on. Last night DH graciously told me I could sleep with the Boss again. Apparently he didn't enjoy the 2 of us trying to both fit on the little twin-sized mattress. So much for snuggling. LOL The Little Prince wanted to sleep in there with us and even demonstrated how he would curl up to fit. Um,... no.
So I slept in a real bed, snuggled up with my boy who is one day going to be way too big to want Mom snuggling with him. I'll enjoy it while I can. I woke up a little after 4 and never really went back to sleep so I had no trouble getting up earlier to pick up my friend who needs a ride this week. I just hope I can stay awake during The Spyderwick Chronicles today (a movie the Boss has been dying to see).
DH brought me a cake last night covered in strawberries. I got a pretty necklace with my first initial on it and you should have seen the Diva stuff a whole chocolate egg in her mouth! Well, it wasn't a whole egg, it was actually flat on the bottom so maybe about the size of a half egg. But she still couldn't quite get those lips closed. LOL She still made herself eat the whole piece of cake after that. She told me about 2 bites from the end that she was sick but she didn't want me to finish it for her. She insisted on finishing it herself. LOL Like mother, like daughter!

Well, my girls are here now and we're ready to start the day.
